Train from Paris to Montargis 9:15 a.m or 9:19. from the Gare de Lyon or Gare de Bercy station.  I would suggest we take a cab from out hotel.   Duration about 1 hour. 

Cab from train station to boat Le Fleur which is near the police station on rue de Port.
